CAMBODIA

Back in 2004,  a close friend and I travelled from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh, just 12 years after the Khmer Rouge genocide, responsible for the death of up to 2 million Cambodians (Khmer). In other words, nearly a quarter of the country's then population.

During this touristic trip, we met several locals, all blessed to be alive and sometimes lucky enough to still have a family member.

I'll never forget This trip, it was a mix feeling of sadness and hope. We were amazed by Angkor UNESO sites.

I was using an analog camera and cheap pocket digital camera. Therefore, some pictures have been scanned.
